How To Overcome Stage Fright

I choose to do a project on stage fright because I have stage fright and I want to people stage fright. Stage fright is fear of public speaking or performing on stage, it

is a sign that you are highly sensitive. You probably

already sense that you have more passion than you allow

yourself to express when you speak, present, communicate

or perform. Because you have stage fright, your passion

is so strong that you do not know how to let it flow

through your body when you are the center of attention.

This public speaking anxiety causes you to shut down the

flow of emotion when you are in front of others. Stage

fright makes you tighten your body from the neck down and

go into your head, sometimes even feeling "out of body." The symptoms of stage fright are:

       Dry mouth.

       Tight throat.

       Sweaty hands.

       Cold hands.

       Shaky hands.

       Nausea.

       Fast pulse.

       Shaky knees.

       Trembling lips.

Any out-of-the-ordinary outward or inward feeling

 or manifestation of a.

Any feeling occurring before or during the beginning

 of a presentation.

The solution for stage fright and public speaking

anxiety is presence - to learn to stay present in your

body, in the moment and to allow your passion to be

expressed in your presentation or performance. Here are some tips to end stage fright:

    Know your what to do.

Focus on getting through the first five minutes.

    Breathe deep!

Tell yourself that the world wonÕt fall apart if you

 do a rotten job.

Understand that you are your own worst critic.

Understand that most of the people in the audience

would be scared to death to give a speech too, and are

glad that it is you and not them!

What do we do when we have a speech? Well, here are some more tips to help you get through the speech or concert without fainting.

Relax. Enjoy yourself. Have fun. Use these tips to help

you and don't be afraid to ask others to help you out

too. When you get on the stage, don't freak out! Stay

relaxed and just remember that you are a wonderful person

and this will not affect you.

Get out there and have fun! Don't worry about anything

and just have fun. You can do anything that you set your

mind to. Have your friends help you stay calm and

relaxed. It will be fun and all you have to do is stay

confident and remember your lines. Have fun!

I am going to take my advice and ask my friends to help me overcome my stage fright. They can also help me to think of some other ideas to get ride of stage fright. I can also ask my chorus teacher to help me and ask him to give me some ideas. Thank you everyone for readying this and I hope you can overcome your stage fright. Good luck!
